A Little History:
Previous to its official inception in 2009, The Concept Engine was merely a set of values. It was a core idea that Founder and Lead Designer, Andrew Garcia had been operating under as a freelance Web and Graphic developer for over five years. During that period, the idea itself was refined into a profitable engine based on real world experience developing private and corporate projects alike. With a honed philosophy, environmental conscience and eclectic set of specializations, The Concept Engine looks toward tomorrow's technologies while being ready and able to produce profitable results for your organization, today.

Founder Andrew Garcia is an Ithaca College graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Management Design.
